We Would Really Appreciate If You Could Prepare The Following Essential Documents;
  • Vaccination Record
  • Health Certificate Endorsed By USDA
  • Rabies Vaccine Certificate
  • Photo Of The Pet (2cps)
  • Estimated Flight Details And ETA
Once The Documentations Are Completed, We Will Proceed With The Reservation And Booking The Accommodation (Air-Conditioned Or Normal Room) For The Pet With Malaysian Quarantine And Inspection Services Department (MAQIS) Based At KLIA Station. (Reservation / Booking MUST Be Made Within Minimum 30 Working Days From The Arrival Date).
We Will Assist The Owner To Apply For The Import Permit Accordingly In Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Once The Pet Has Been Arrived, It Must Go Through The Custom Clearance And Immediately Will Transfer It To Quarantine Center For 7 Days. The Pet Will Be Provided With Healthy Meals And The Living Compartment Will Be Cleaned Twice A Day For 7 Days

While The Pet Is In Quarantine, The Owner Is Allowed To Visit Their Pet Based On The Visitation Hours By MAQIS. Finally, Once The Quarantine Is Done, We Will Deliver The Pet To You.
